Hayley is the Director of the Company, and also the founder of Chameleon Safety Services Ltd. She manages how the company is run and its standards, making the key business decisions.

Throughout the Safety Business journey, it was evident that many Clients desired the same approach but from an HR consultancy perspective, often reporting that they only hear from their HR consultant when things went wrong.

Taking the ethos of the Safety Company which so many advised they needed, Chameleon HR was born. Taking the same standards, methods and transparency, as well as the proactive approach our Clients love from Chameleon Safety, we transplanted this into the HR business as its foundation to create the same service for HR.

Sharon brings extensive experience in HR and coaching, working with both small and large businesses. She understands the unique challenges faced by small companies and is passionate about making life easier for business owners, whilst also providing tailored support to larger organisations seeking to enhance leadership and employee engagement.

As a certified coach, Sharon is equipped to support employees, business leaders and managers of all levels in overcoming self-limitations like self-doubt and fear, and empowering them to become confident leaders, driving growth and success across their teams. Sharon is also an excellent trainer and can identify gaps in your team requirements to progress you toward a strong, resilient and confident workforce.
